Community Care Access Centre – Children’s Services at Home

CCAC provides short-term care at home following a hospital stay or care for a long-term illness or condition that requires ongoing in-home support. The CCAS also provides School Health Support Services for children/youth up to age 21, who are attending schools and need health support services during the day.

Health centre providing health care to Aboriginal community by providing services which respect people as individuals with a distinctive cultural identity and distinctive values and beliefs.
